You know I only left one star because you have to leave at least one star honestly I'd like to leave a negative five stars I'm very disappointed in U-Haul I'll spend a lot of money with U-Haul anytime I need to move anything I always do it with U-Haul however when I was moving out I dropped almost $900 on a truck and the lady talked to me on the phone and told me that she would give me an extra day on my storage to get everything out of there and when it was all said and done I called the office because they padlocked my door and I could not get in and forced me to pay another $175 on the storage just so I could get in and get my stuff I was forced into that because I already had the truck rented they knew I rented a truck to move my stuff out as far as I'm concerned I've come to the conclusion that U-Haul is a bunch of greedy money hungry people that don't care about the customer they just care about the overall dollar you guys are losing a lot of future money with me because of what you pulled and that's perfectly fine I was with Penske before I went to U-Haul and now I'm going back to Penske because you guys are a bunch of liars that don't keep your word I'm very disappointed once I get this truck turned in today I will not be renting anything up from U-Haul I am done with U-Haul

Barbra A | First ImpressionsWhen I was called on the phone in January from U-Haul stating that I had left my Storage unit unlocked, I had already found out the day before that 3/4 of the items in my unit was missing, I talked to the Manager, he stated that he would need a police report and the Manager stated that it he had no knowledge of how my items were removed from my unit. It was a very disgusting and hurtful moment to find that, such a supposed secure storage facility had been entered and 80% of my items had been removed and the Manager stated that the facility had no knowledge of when it happened or how it could have happened. I have as of yet to file a Police report because the Manager only wanted to talk about the day I supposely left my unit unlocked. I had $15000.00 dollars of insurance on my Unit and I intend to see if the Manager even intends to attempt to reimburse me for my loss. You pay $250.00 dollars a month and also extra to ensure my belongs at one of the most secure facilities in the city and 80% of the items in the largest Storage Units they have and practically all was masteriously removed and again the Manage states he has no knowledge of how it could have happened !! Gary K | Overall ExperienceWe stored our RV trailer here for many years. It is a very nice, quiet, and secure place. We would've liked to keep storing our trailer here, but every year they kept raising the rental rate once or twice a year. We finally had to say enough is enough and left this place. If you don't mind paying a lot for a rental space, then this is a good place for you. If not, then you need to look somewhere else because the rates are already high and they just keep going up!
