When I changed my credit card and informed the staff, I paid the normal amount after alerting the staff and it was never was never enrolled in the monthly payment. And I was subsequently locked out of my storage unit twice. Then when downsizing to a smaller unit as I cleaned it out slowly, the billing was never clear. These are not negative views, just true critiques offered.

The online was easy. I spoke to an agent and he was polite and, when I went to the facility the young lady was very nice and polite. You have a very good crew. I hope you treat them well because good workers are hard to find.
