Having a large trailer I needed to maneuver for parking and ability to come and go as needed. The lot provided all my needs and I felt the trailer was in a safe place.
Great staff and good facility. Didn't like the fact I had to waste few hours to sort out the free month for the storage because I got charged for the first month which technically should've been free.

The reservation system is decietful and costly. Made a reservation with U-Haul only to be told that the "location" for which it was made would NOT honor it. No recourse, no assistance, no honor.
When I need to rent storage I will go to uhaul again
Every rep stated the space i reserved was available. And it was not. Was disconnected several times. No need to say anything further. It will just bring back what a lousy experience it was.
All told it was a good experience. The location should have numbers on the walls of the storage to find them easier. Employee got lost trying to find mine. He was embarrassed as was I.

I was given a day to pick up my UBox. I arrived, and the staff member could not drive the forklift. I went back again, and the same thing happened. Very poor management at this place. I won’t be back.
