MARK F | First ImpressionsBrian Budhu is a terrible and an Arrogant manager. He harassed me for coming to the facility at off hours, while a paid a 24 hour access for $10. I came to office to bring it to his attention that I paid a for 24 hours access and I was been harassed or racially profiled, he told me to leave his office without apologizing and threatened to call the cops on me. I asked again have I broken any company policy and he replied have a good day, without responding to my questions. I have email correspondence confirming our interactions too, apart from the office incident. He said the office video is been recorded. I please ask for a management team to reach out to me for the emails and also to review the video incident at the office thanks. My name is Nnamdi Emebo, Tel phone number 9125089317. I moved out of the unit due to that insult and threats without doing anything wrong

She was extremely polite , knowledgeable, professional, very sweet ,I only wish I good of gotten my first unit from your facility . The price was to much for a 10by 15 289.00 is a little steep . I’m paying 245.00 that’s with insurance. But I am very happy that your facility is heated and comes with a free lock and a month free you can’t beat that . Thank you for a great experience.

GARY L | Overall ExperienceI went to remove my belongings from this location and I found that there is a cockroach infestation in this facility, the staff showed little to no concern for the situation. Most of my belongings will have to be disregarded. I do not recommend this location.
