The storage access hours were not a good match for my schedule. I was told that my storage unit was closed out on the day that I emptied it out but I received a bill for the next month storage fees. I informed the representative that I was emptied out the storage and it was clean. Weeks prior to ending billing cycle I I informed her that I was not going to be renting out the storage unit any longer. Please remove any billing balance from my account. Thanks

I emptied my unit and immediately went to the office to let them know, but nobody was in there. Every single staff member was outside, leaving the desk unmanned.
