I had been a customer since 2021. Management and every single worker was AMAZING. After UHaul bought it, the customer service wasn’t as good. It was nearly impossible to talk to someone. Every time I went I was told by maintenance that they couldn’t do anything and I would either have to drive to another location to speak with someone or come back. The kids they hired are rude and one always had an attitude when I would ask a question. I was hoping to move to a smaller unit….. I moved to another storage after that, now paying $40 more.
