The manager was very helpful showing me around and the storage areas are very easy to get in and I can drive my truck up to it and then take off

charles u | Overall ExperienceI told the young gal who helped me that on your website and through your app there was a deal that if you rented a storage unit PLUS rented a truck, van or trailer you would get the first month of your storage unit for free. I did both. My fiancé & I both noticed the deal noted on your website & your app. Your rep first said the stipulation was that you had to be moving out of town - I told her that was not noted. She then said she wasn’t aware of it. I asked her to please point it out to the manager. Haven’t heard back.

Melissa H | Overall ExperienceYes, I would recommend U-Haul, but the female manager should not tell her employees that the reason they lock up the bolt cutters is because they have employees that are stealing. That’s what I was told that she said and if that’s the case, get rid of your employees that are stealing, don’t keep them there. You have to teach your employees how to use the boat cutters some people work Monday through Friday they go on Saturdays and Sundays and if they forget the key lost it or cannot remember the combination you should be able to serve your customers and have the bolt cutters handy to cut off locks. I was told that the manager the female manager had just left and refused to come back to open up the boat cutters that were locked up this send a message out to your clients that you have thieves as employees so I hope things change because the experience I had was absolutely ridiculous And I had to call a locksmith to come and open it up. You guys are there for a reason, you have both cutters for a reason and the bolt cutter should not be locked up and only accessible to your clients Monday through Friday. It’s not right.
