My only issue was access to the building for storage. It was partly a known system update and partly due to an unknown system error that denied me access almost every time I came in. Manager was helpful but had to unlock it every time. Meaning I did not have after hour access most of the time which was very inconvenient. Otherwise lovely staff.

My disk lock was not in my unit and since I started loading the dust after hours I had to purchase one. I called a number and the solution provided was to buy one since the business was closed. I found one minutes before the local store that had some closed, was very cheap but better than nothing. Later that night, maybe five hours later, I go to my unit to organize and upon pulling up I see my lock is gone. I assumed “I just got robbed” and expected to open my unit and see everything gone. To my amazement, there was a homeless man inside of my unit in the pitch of dark rummaging through my things. Long story short, I thought I was going to die tonight. I must my first 24 hour experience was much more than I signed up for. I have to commend Mr. James, for out of nowhere, appearing and providing me with assistance. I really am very grateful to that man. Please, recognize him because he made me feel safe and no longer in fear for my life.

brett h | First ImpressionsI did not move out of a unit on 10/10/2024! I initially requested a unit to fit approximately a 2 bedroom apartment and was told a 5x5 unit would be what I needed. It was way to small. I requested a larger unit and was given a larger unit. When I reviewed the Uhaul app after moving into mult unit#108 I was being charged for two units instead of just the one I actually moved into. I was also being charged an additional $120.00 in "rental fees" when returning my truck rental which no one at the store could explain what the additional charges were for. I spoke to the representative that helped me and explained what I was seeing on 9/21/24 when I moved in and it is now 10/11/24 and I'm still trying to resolve this issue. I rent a uhaul truck almost every month and don't expect these types of issues from such an established company.

Upon my complaint of how I wasn’t being taken care of, they retaliated with attitude. Will not be using the facility ever again and will recommend that to others as well. I told the workers the same upon my departure.
