I have not received such service in any venue, on any level in years ! After such an impossible relocation across states, Mr. Java's attention to communication and relaxed manner, was definately a needed and welcomed touch. It would be an added treasure to find others in the service system that would show as much concern for those they service as he. Thumbs up to Mr. Java. A Definately satisfied U Haul CUSTOMER !

MARIA A | Overall ExperienceThis storage is the worst storage unit I have ever rented. It is so dusty and all your items being stored will get covered in sand! You can try covering your stuff with a tarp and putting a towel and bricks underneath the door and everything will still be covered in dirt. This is why I took my stuff elsewhere.
