The personnel came back 15 minutes from lunch late. The store was open I stood at the counter for 10 minutes nobody showed up. Plus I would not yell for anybody cuz there was a large dog staring at me the full-time in the store. Nobody at that location help me at all. I had to call U-Haul twice to turn in the trailer at that location. Like I said I had not seen a human being in that store.

ISRAEL DWhen I showed up for the truck, I provided the service representative my phone number and he pulled up somebody else’s account, as I assume they had my phone number previously, however after verifying my identity and taking pictures of my ID, he went through with the reservation, trying to rent the truck under the other persons name. I’m the one who refused to sign the contract under someone else’s name and this caused a lot of issues. It took me a very long time to pick up and rent the truck As the representative had to call customer service twice to help him figure this out and I was very discouraged by the way the truck was rented to me. It was dirty.
