Andrea M | Overall ExperienceI put a yes for the staff being friendly and helpful. For the most part, they were. There was a young man who I think was in training who definitely needs more training. First, he sent us to the wrong area to look for the truck. When we couldn’t find the truck, he then got into the golf cart to go look for it, found it, then we had to walk to it. As an elderly person, he could have driven the truck to the the front of the building. That would have been excellent customer service. Then when I requested a refund since I had just made the payment for the following month, he automatically said it couldn’t be done. If he didn’t know, he should have asked a manager. When I requested to speak to someone else, the issue was resolved with courtesy and no problem. Maybe the young man needs to know that requesting assistance when you’re learning is a strength, especially when dealing with customers. I have never experienced any problems or issues when using your facility other than this last time. I am very grateful for the service that you provide. Thank you!

Jesse G | Overall ExperienceThe manager treated me like if I was a criminal when i was just trying to pay to remove my belongings from the storage unit. Asked to rent a truck and was told no because I am in bad standing with the facility. At the time of getting there to remove my belongings the manager approached me trying to charge me once again. I would suggest in servicing staff on customer service and be nice to people you don’t know what people are going through and why they stopped paying and to come to a place like this and getting treated like a criminal makes things worse.
