MICHAEL H | First ImpressionsI picked this place because I was told 24 hr. access for 10 dollars extra a month. (I need 24 hrs access due to work hrs as I work nights. Well never was givin 24 hr access, still charged 10 extra per month, still haven't even replied to my message. Not the number on fence by entrance or the office.. Not one apology, not even a reply. Very disappointed, very unsatisfied.

TEESA C | Overall ExperienceStaff is very unknowlable and un welcoming with customer service. Not friendly or helpful at all. And rates are too expensive along with the rules. I should be able to access my unit with no issues. I pay money every month so I shouldn’t have to ask permission to get to my belongings.
MELISSA C | Overall ExperienceI had my storage unit for a few years at this facility and my rent continuously went up and it got infested with rats at one point at which they put traps in, but my belongings got destroyed. My lock that came with the unit rusted and when I went to replace it, it was inspected to make sure it wasn’t cut and then told I needed to buy a new lock for it. Then when my new lock seized up I was told they couldn’t help but had a number for a locksmith. I will not rent a storage unit through uhaul again.

Any question I asked was answered the same by everybody, unlike other facilities ( not uhaul) where I would get different or conflicting answers from different people.
