And when I did reach someone in the store I had to leave a message for manager who never returned my calls. Now my mom's ashes and the ashes of my husband as well as many other irreplaceable items are in someone else's hands likely as trash.

Well never was givin 24 hr access, still charged 10 extra per month, still haven't even replied to my message. Not the number on fence by entrance or the office.. Not one apology, not even a reply. Very disappointed, very unsatisfied.

I should be able to access my unit with no issues. I pay money every month so I shouldn’t have to ask permission to get to my belongings.
