I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting to be treated decently. Customer service should be the bare minimum, especially for a company people rely on during stressful moves, but this location completely failed. Instead of making the process easier, they added unnecessary frustration with their lack of professionalism.I won’t be using U-Haul again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone expecting basic respect and decent service.
