You locked my unit without my permission at your purchase, required me to stop at your office and arrange for lock to be cut off at myvexoencse and when I move out you make me get the lock you put on and deliver to office to terminate my lease--- this is wrong and all about you and not the customer. Not right

My gripe is the recent price increase announced by form letter. The move from $84 to $99 in one jump represents about an 18% increase, which simply made me mad so I moved out and canceled.

JULIA H | First ImpressionsDuring winter months the snow on the roof melted and dropped in front of the unit encasing the bottom of the door impossible to open. Not the fault of the employees but design flaw. I had to use a breaker bar, shovel and two bags of ice melt to get rid of ice so I could access the unit. U-haul needs to do better in facilities located in cold climates

This I’m aware of because it was an issue when I managed for Eastside self storage. So I would have to contact people ask them to secure their doors. Other than that I had no issues

The entire moving experience worked well except for truck issues. "Guaranteed" does not mean anything at Uhaul. Means could a been, mighta been and shoulda been, but wasn't. 3 different trucks, days and locations to chase down vehicle with more crosses on it than in a cemetery. Just saying...Lol
