I have been a customer for more than 20 years, even when it was still called Downtown Storage, and have occupied several different-sized units. During the past 14 years or so, general manager Nirman Grewal has been helpful and professional in handling my storage contract, advising me when I could pay for a year in advance and get a 13th month free, which I have been doing for many years. She and her staff have kept the premises clean and orderly and well-managed, both inside and out. I was always confident that while I was overseas, my goods in storage were secure and protected from the elements and pests, and that my billing was accurate. She was always courteous and friendly when I had to contact her either by e-mail or in person. My highest recommendations and kudos for Ms. Grewal and her staff.
