Sandra G | Overall ExperienceUnderstand mice are hard to completely prevent in storage units and that people put food in them even though it says not to. But mouse poop is disgusting. They need to figure something else out. Better anti mice flooring/lower walls (which I know would require redoing the building), closing any gaps along the bottom 2? feet of walls, and fixing the locks on the doors so they actually full touch the floor. Or offer something to elevate items off the floor. Mouse traps, not just the poison boxes (but also letting people know there are poison boxes in the units). Assuming you charge a fine if food is found in units. Or offer gloves and disinfectant to help clean off your containers when moving out. Otherwise great promotion: free unit with truck rental. Very happy with that. So I guess I can't complain too much for a free unit. Mostly very secure, not sure how to fix tailgating through the doors when different parties are unloading. Love the unloading bays, out of the outside elements. Only other complaint is the lack of parking lot clearance during snow. Was difficult to get a 26 foot truck around the parking lot/backing it into the loading bay
