When I was on the website trying to rent a unit it would not upload my selfie, front or back of my ID. I tried 8 times I did everything from turning my phone off and back on to make sure it wasn't my phone I know it wasn't cause it's brand new but did it to see if that would fix it, I closed the website and started all over multiple times made it would not upload non of my pictures for 2 hrs I tried and tried cause I had to have the unit that day cause I moved out of my apartment and I had nowhere to but my belonging and I had to have a unit at that location because it's not even a 1/2 mile from where im staying til I find another place to rent
