david f | First ImpressionsMy 4 wheeler was the only thing I had in my unit and the manager had helped me due to no elevators. So they were supposed to secure my 4 wheeler back into my unit because I am disabled and they stated they would do that for me so I left ok in there hands and I guess the ceo called and stated that they did not secure my 4 wheeler and someone came in 2 cars and stole it. I made a report with the police dept and have posted that my 4 wheeler is missing but no one has returned it or had any leads in getting my item back.
PILAR H | Overall ExperienceI had thought my previous experience with U-Haul and trying to have a pitch installed from the industry leader of installing hitches until U-Haul gave me my money back because they were unable to install the hitch and make it work correctly. Thought that was my worst experience until this one we’ve completed it, but it was a nightmare, dealing with U-Haul again, which is becoming a very current trend dealing with U-Haul and only makes me wonder is U-Haul really losing it hold in the industry because they’re not maintaining their facilities. Their people their products it’s like they don’t care anymore. Still doing business with U-Haul just know it’s to expect a horrible experience now.

STEPHEN H | Overall ExperienceDisorganized, busy correcting their kids and making scenes . Had long lines of unhappy people from them not being organized and knowing how to handle their business. That was as I arrived . Did not know how to handle u boxes. Then when I went to remove everything I booked a truck on the internet to pick up at my leisure per their ad. Supplied credit card for fees. Showed up to find they rented to someone else and gave me excuses that I was late . Rented a Penske delayed me 2 hours of my day. Would not recommend. Much better results with Penske
Denise B | Overall ExperienceCarried insurance on storage unit items, on move out discovery was made of damage to a rug from the unit itself leaking strange yellow fluid. Management claimed at first to promptly be willing to pay for the damages however has done absolutely no follow up despite 4 additional contacts regarding the matter. Every time I call the office my information is taken so that “management could reach out to me” however I’ve yet to receive a single call from anyone now two weeks later.
