My biggest issue is that on the app it states that the uhaul access hours are 7am-10pm but they told me only until 5pm on Sundays. Happened to be the day they scheduled me to move into my storage unit rental. I had asked my family to help me move my things into storage, which I thought worked out perfectly since they all worked during the week. Except I was turned away because they said they closed at 5pm. So am in so much pain today, my back hurts from all the moving things by myself. I only had one person available to help me on Monday. Instead of 5 on Sunday. The other important issue I would like to point out is the importance of having a working soap dispenser with soap. Bill the employee whom I approached to let him know the machine was not dispensing. He said that I had to slowly move my hand under the dispenser sensor for it to work. The use of this dispenser was a complete failure and waste of my time. I had to stand there for about 8-10 minutes to get it to dispense a tiny bit of liquid soap. My eyes and face soaked with dirt and sweat, my hands were filthy. And I had no way of getting soap. This location is extremely busy and located in the Central Valley where temperatures soar in the 100’s in the summer. Not one water fountain is available for use. Super important and very upsetting how much this location is lacking.
