The whole process was an awful experience. I was trying to get assistance from anybody that worked on site and I kept getting put on hold every single time that I’ve called and waited on hold for at least 30 to 45 minutes each time and every time that I would callthe associate with the name of Cody with just put me on hold without saying anything he was very unprofessional. There was one point where I had mentioned to him that I had about Moving my storage to another location and he mocked me by saying “ok good bye” and not letting me finish what I had to say before hanging up. This over just ruined my experience and did not feel comfortable and confident leaving my stuff with unaul. Super poor expirience on uhauls part
