ALBERTO O. | Overall ExperienceArrived at address customer service provided at time of reservation for a unit. Was told to go to a different location to obtain lock and paperwork by a maintenance worker at the storage location. Arrived at location that remotely manages the storage unit location. No ONE was in the office to help customers. When the 2 girls actually came in there was no rush to assist us that had been waiting. In the middle of checking into my reservation. Girl stopped to go help another customer. Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! Was late to return U-Haul to another location due to not being informed as to address. Calling the phone number for help is a joke of recordings.
Elizabeth L. | First ImpressionsI called the location I got placed on hold for 15 mins. Once I got a rep to help I got placed on hold and had no help. I went to the location and I could see why I wasn’t getting no help on the phone. There was only 1 rep who was helping the 8 customers that were in line. On top of that the rep kept answering calls and placing them on hold and wasn’t going back to speak to them and had them on hold like when I was on hold. After waiting for 30 mins another rep came in and was just slowly walking in like he didn’t see there was a line and helped another client who wasn’t even in line. Then the issue with your system both of the reps computers were not loading. It took longer than it should have.

I will definitely come back and use this facility in the future if needed. The facility is clean and well maintained, I always felt safe there no matter what time it was. I was not concerned with the safety of my belongings. I highly recommend this location.
