MARILYN S | First ImpressionsThe lady who runs the U-Haul never offered us a free month and always raising our rates, she was more of confrontational individual as I was there occupying four units for tover four years and there attitude finally get to me and I moved everything out of there in the past few months and she was nothing like the previous management, which was Sean and his wife, but I hope you need to let her know the clients of my caliber who pays his bill on time and it’s on auto pay deserve a little bit of a special treatment which we never received
