The Manager, Dee Loggins, was professional and was able to navigate a difficult police situation with a tenant that we evicted. Mr Loggins was communicative, offered clear direction and had his team well organized. I highly recommend Public Storage!

The only thing I found slightly inconvenient would be that I wasn't able to access 24hr . I work at night and there were a few occasions it would have really been useful to access after 10pm before 6am. Other than that I was very satisfied and even at times impressed by the staff and facilities . Seemed very safe,secure, and well maintained. The employees were friendly and always very helpful . I really was impressed by the level of service and attention given. Felt secure storing valuables and confident that if had a problem or needed something there were actual humans there and willing to help. Thank you
JOHN G | Overall ExperienceI have no problem with the staff and facility. What I do have a problem with is that because of the closing date on our house being bushed back I paid $236 for two and a half days of the storage unit. I will never use another U-haul service or product again.
Richard V | Overall ExperienceUhaul storage is nice & clean. The staff in general seemed disinterested, unknowledgeable, and were unable to assist with answers to questions and forklift operations. Dee the store manager was very helpful and answered all questions. It appears that he does all the work himself and that his staff is less than concerned about customer service and customer satisfaction. Dee needs a new crew that is eager & willing to assist him!!
