On site staff is never available. The last day we were there, it was difficult to check out of our rental. We found a staff member and tried to ask her a question. She looked right at us and pretended not to hear. Then walked away. So I had to call 2 different numbers and was on the phone for 25 min trying to end our rental contract. The site is clean and the price of the unit didnt go up in price much while we had it. I appreciate that.

Entry times went from 24/7 to 9-7 , 9-6 on Sundays. Times listed on app 5 am-10:00 pm weekdays.. Time open never corrected on app or fence.

Corbin P | First ImpressionsI'm very ANGRY that I paid for a full month and expected a refund for the remaining weeks that I wasn't there and was told no partial refunds. I paid for a full month and I was only there for 2 weeks. I will NEVER use U-Haul again and I will tell people what you did with my money! Very poor customer service.
