The staff was very friendly.I was able to keep my storage 48 months due to the way we set everything up.I never had a problem, never got a call.Our biggest problems were mice were able to get into our storage and eat up a bunch of boxes, and some other stuff.Nothing too horrible.However, though the heat inside the storage itself caused dishes to shatter and break otherwise, everything was really really excellent.The staff there was very sweet and kind and helpful.Anytime I called, they answered, they were able to answer all questions.They are one of the best rental places i've ever had to deal with
