I appreciate everything U-Haul had to offer me even though I was homeless they gave me a chance and I left the storage just the way I found it I just want to say thank you and I shall be back when I get into town and I will refer anyone that needs help that I did thank you

When I asked about the issues I was having I was given the response of talk to somebody else until I made the full loop of people on site and issues were still not resolved.

Woman working was short, not personable and unknowledgeable about the services offered. Gentleman working at location was rude enough I moved my things out early. I would recommend staff training on customer service and company services knowledge.
