MARJORIE T | First ImpressionsI was very thankful that they had worked with me on removing my delinquent fee. Their kindness will not be forgotten. The only thing that I feel must be changed is their sign in front of the storage facility. The sign says open 24/7 which implies that there is access anytime. The truth is that its not 24/7, its actually only open from 5am to 10pm... thats not so bad, so why not just remove the 24/7 from the sign and have the actual on it instead? That can reduce customer frustration and provide more transparency on their end.

Roy K | Overall ExperienceWhen I went in to the store yesterday to move out officially out of D35, the older man working days GO TO HIM and pointed fiercely at the young kid behind the counter. So I did. Then I had asked if I could get refunded the rest of the month and the old man says harshly WE DONT PROTATE! I was SO ready to leave and so glad I finally moved out. Very unprofessional. Won't go back or refer anyone.

One time I was stuck inside because the gate was broken and couldn’t get out for over an hour the manager finally came out and had to explain to her how to manually override the gate to let us out. Would be nice to have back what I paid in late fees since I was two hours late for work that day.
