Andi T | First ImpressionsThe office location is at 2949 North Ave but the storage location is 3113 1/2 Rd which is somewhat inconvenient. The location has the size that I needed and is clean. I haven't had a problem since I was there. The units are ground floor and not climate control. There's a clean bathroom on site that can be used. The staff in the office (2949 North Ave ) are pleasant. The female associate that comes in the morning and cleans/maintain (3113 1/2 Rd ) has unnecessarily given me attitude. She isn't pleasant and doesn't speak. One morning she looked & me & said " you can't hang out here, is that your unit?" I told her yes and I'm unloading. I don't know why she assumed I was loitering. The facility is gated, locked with security cameras.

I will also make sure to let everyone I know about the service I have had to endure for the 5 years that I had my stuff stuck in the storage. I am so happy to be free of them. I will use the facility down the street where I received much pleasant service and took time to explain when you don't understand something.
