I rented for over 5 years, paid my rent on time every month. Yet, when I came to my unit the lock had been cut off and replaced. It took several staff, phone calls to get me into my unit and never had an explanation why my lock was cut and unit was accessed. Never during those years was I contacted about anyone accessing my unit. This is completely unacceptable for the amount of money I paid for the unit and over the years. On a happier note, I will say the lady that maintains the facilities and cleanliness of the location was professional, and super friendly.
