I was inconvenience 4 times with the storage when I had to keep going back and forth to different storage units because they didn’t know which storage was rented the 4 they give us was rented and the staff didn’t know how big the units were I think they all need to have in services and walk around of the units so they can have the knowledge about the storages and the sizes overall it’s a good storage

I was then given d210 and now being charged an additional $115 dollars which I find not fair because this location made a mistake and gave me a used storage unit and never once told me that I would be getting an additional charge on my account.
