I was then given d210 and now being charged an additional $115 dollars which I find not fair because this location made a mistake and gave me a used storage unit and never once told me that I would be getting an additional charge on my account.

The Staff here went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the unit. It was on a Sunday and other places told us to come back on Monday to be able to get into a unit. We needed to leave that afternoon. The U-Haul staff here were kind and compassionate to us. They turned a frustrating day into a much better one! Thank you all so much!
