Staff was exceptional and helped us out when other Storage facilities were far less than helpful. The Staff here went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the unit. It was on a Sunday and other places told us to come back on Monday to be able to get into a unit. We needed to leave that afternoon. The U-Haul staff here were kind and compassionate to us. They turned a frustrating day into a much better one! Thank you all so much!
Dennis W | Overall ExperienceUpon arriving to the unit we found a very large dead rat just outside the door to the unit. It smelled awful and once we opened the unit the smell continued. We could see multiple holes were rats had chewed thru the wall and the rat sticky pads that covered previous holes. We took multiple pictures and left immediately to take our business elsewhere. We reported the problem and received a full refund. Must be something they have happen often.

STACY B | First ImpressionsThe rat infestation is horrendous! The rats got into many of my things, chewed them up, and left their droppings EVERYWHERE! There was so much that I had to throw away due to this issue. The pile of droppings that accumulated from the move out was sickening. The only "solution" I saw were the catch boxes which honestly were decoration because they stopped nothing. I do not recommend at all.

Ann D | First ImpressionsI completely understand that I rented a unit that was outside. However, I never expected rats to run through all of my belongings and destroy half of the stuff I own. When I closed my account I nicely let the person know that was one of the reasons I was leaving was because of the rats. We actually found a hole in the back of the unit where the rats had chewed through to get into my unit. I was then informed that the rats were a big issue at the facility and the company was in the process of finding a new exterminator. If rats were such a big problem I feel that clients should have been made aware. Especially because I was paying such a large amount for my unit. If it rained the area right outside of my unit would turn into a small lake. This made it very hard to get in and out of my unit safely if it had rained. When we would have a heavy rain dirt would wash up under my door. I had to move items away from the right side of my unit so they wouldn't get dirty or suffer from water damage. There are also nails and screws in the driveway areas outside of the units. On one of my visits I actually got a flat tire from a very large screw. Someone should run through there from time to time with some sort of street cleaner to help with that problem.
