franklyn j. | Overall ExperienceThe facility door was so rusted I couldn’t open it. The instructions to get out were unclear and I had to sit on hold twice to talk to someone to even get out. I had to call back twice to get a unit that would even open. It was the third one before it even opened. It was just inconvenient when we only had the uhaul for another hour. For $100 a month I expected a door that opened easily.

The main reason i would not recommend this location is because the other black lady with dreads acts like you as a customer are an inconvenience to her. I have been in there multiple times and she always has the same attitude. I get that we all have bad days but every time I go in she has the same pessimistic attitude . I don’t think customer service is for her.
