Steve B | Overall ExperienceThe employees who helped me set up the reservations and check in were very helpful. The gentleman who helped me in the afternoon on 4/17 was extremely helpful. I asked to move from the 2nd floor to the first floor. He took care of it efficiently and found me two very good units. He also helped me with my initial access to get started unloading into the units.

Brittany F | Overall ExperienceUHaul changed my reservation twice but the changes were manual and not reflected in my reservation. I was assured there would be no problems. When I checked in the UHaul associate could not find my information and after 30 minutes on the phone trying to figure things out just canceled my original reservation and created a new one. Very frustrating especially after I was assured everything would be fine and I had workers on the clock. With that said, the young lady was very nice and the facility is clean and safe. I’m happy with that and would recommend this facility.

Immediately after U-Haul purchased the storage facility and put their name on it, my storage unit fee increased in price and then one year later it increased in prices again. This is why I moved out of the unit.

TERRELL S | First ImpressionsWhile the actual experience was good -movers did a good job, I found that having to move my belongings from one unit to another to accommodate UHaul's renovations as an unnecessary inconvenience. Your concern for the convenience of your customers seems to be a bit lacking. I could understand if there were a structural issue, but to spend my time just to accommodate UHaul's aesthetics, seems inconsiderate of your customers. Over the years, we have enjoyed a good relationship with UHaul, but this experience has left a bad taste.

I was very surprised about the amount of knowledge he had regarding the facility. When I went back to get a unit, he was no longer there because he went back to school. I think it was just a summer job for him. However, Adelina was very helpful. Your employees are excellent examples of what customer service should be. Thank you for hiring these individuals.
