JUAN D | Overall ExperienceRat infested rat feces everywhere. All my belongings rats ate through boxes and urine on all my stuff. Your storage units are terrible and I had two of them. I will contact the management. I will also make a claim on the stuff I had to throw out because of the urine and feces. It was terrible never seen anything like this before. DISGUSTING’!! I will not use or recommend your units to anyone. I will tell them my experience! I had two air control units. I have never seen so much damage.

They answered the phone. Let me say that again they answer the phone. It was easy to pay your bill. There was so happy and joyful. Everybody was smiling and happy to help you.. Jeffrey C | Overall ExperienceI had to personally call customer service 3 times to close out my storage unit after going in and the white lady said she would get someone who came in later to do it. It was never done. They have roaches crawling on the counters where reserve units and the mice problem in the storage units.
Amanda M | Overall ExperienceWe first met with U-haul advisors at Secure. on Texas Av. (hwy-80) in Haughton, La. They were very informative and willing to help us in anyway. We picked-up our 20ft truck on Stockwell Rd in Haughton as well. The lady was professional and so wonderful. We enjoyed meeting her. She answered all of our questions. Since we did a partial move to Hammond/Ponchatoula, La. We will be doing another in a couple of months. Of course it will be with U-Haul at Stockwell Rd Very close to our present home.
Carroll H | First ImpressionsThe climate control units smelled of urine. I wasn't sure if I needed a small one or larger one when I booked. So they give you two 5's side to get the large one. I found out I only Needed one and the lady told me she couldn't take the other one back. I have to keep it or move out that one and she have to issue me a new one. That's crazy. I pray I dont Be here for long.
ALETHIA P | First ImpressionsMy unit was flooded due to there A/c pipe busting I wasn't notified so my stuff sat wet for 6 days then when I claimed all the stuff I lost they still expected me to pay a storage unit bill.. $2500 worth of my things ruined and they expect me to pay a monthly bill never ever will I rent from here again I'd give this place negative stars if I could.. they are so dis organized that when I took the lock off my I it and notified the front office staff I was vacating the unit they sent me an email a week later saying my lock that has been removed and sat in my glove box needed to be removed from the unit.. it took them a week to check that the lock was off
