My unit was flooded due to there A/c pipe busting I wasn't notified so my stuff sat wet for 6 days then when I claimed all the stuff I lost they still expected me to pay a storage unit bill.. $2500 worth of my things ruined and they expect me to pay a monthly bill never ever will I rent from here again I'd give this place negative stars if I could.. they are so dis organized that when I took the lock off my I it and notified the front office staff I was vacating the unit they sent me an email a week later saying my lock that has been removed and sat in my glove box needed to be removed from the unit.. it took them a week to check that the lock was off

The ceiling was cracked up and pieces of it was falling on my belongings and there were rats I had to leave things behind because of feces being everywhere and there was a dead rat in my unit when I went to get my belongings
