I liked everything about our Uhaul storage experience except for one thing. The pull to put the door in the lock position, (the thing you put the lock on) is very very stiff. You need pliers of some sort to grab on and forcefully open and close. I never felt like I could access our unit on my own and always needed my husband to come help.

My only problem was when they attempted to charge me for a second month (I paid for one month, and didn't see any option to indicate when the rental ended.) Thankfully my email was sent directly to a human who worked at the location and the situation was resolved quickly and amicably.
