norma d | Overall ExperienceThere is always room for improvement and learning experience yesterday I had went in for a small trailer that hitches onto my Tahoe. Moving is very exhausting as it is. I’m not very knowledgeable in moving a trailer. I asked one of the workers if It came with a hitch as to which they replied “the ball thing.” I answered yes because I thought they knew what I was talking about long story short we went outside and come to find out we needed a hitch. Okay no problem I bought one. Next problem I was faced with was coming out and needing an adapter for my Tahoe for the signals (I’m not sure of the device name). At that point I asked for a refund because I was going back and forth adding more and more charges to my account. Moving is stressful enough and expensive. I was told that money would be moved back immediately into my acct & was lied too. Or they didn’t have the correct and updated information. Today I’m with a clear mind & as frustration set in yesterday from moving, today I am waiting for my refund that’ll take days. Also took money that I didn’t have. I do want to say that the man from the morning on 11/25/2025 (wasn’t able to get his name) helped me ALOT and it went smooth for a storage unit. I write this not to get anyone “in trouble” everything is a learning experience and I hope the afternoon work crew from 11/26/2025 gained some experience about notifying the consumer for a hitch and an adapter if they need one. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to give feedback. Thank you.
