Your worker cut of my lock instead of putting the companies lock next to mines when my payments Were late. I had been in communication with them letting them know I will pay in full on 12/26. There was no need to cut off my lock prior to the auction date 12/30. I Informed them I will pay in full 12/26 they said ok. Why was my lock cut and my unit was messy. It looked rummage through.

VICTOR T | First ImpressionsChastity and Erving and most of the staff was great! Although the only complaint would be, my unit was locked before my rent was due. I had to go to the front office and have someone remove the lock. No fault of the staff at the local office because it was incorrectly done by management and was showing up as deliquent in the system. Luckily the office was open. That was totally unacceptable. And the monthly rate is quite a bit more expensive than other similar storage companies. Other than that. I had a great experience and Chastity really does deserve a Raise or promotion. The girl works nonstop and tirelessly. As a gov official, I strongly recommend she gets recognized for her great work. Erving as well. Nothing but 5 star, 1st class customer service from both of them. Kudos to them!
