There are some aspects of the secure area that might make some feel insecure. It is large, segmented and there are unlocked units which could easily shield miscreants from the cameras. Unlicensed motorcycles are stored there and multiple people enter and depart to ride them within and on local streets near the airport during weekends and evenings. There are a few "informal businesses" being conducted within such as motor vehicle repair, sound system installation and perhaps others. There appears to be social gatherings near or around these activities at times, with attendees looking with suspicion at others passing by. Sometimes more than one person enters through the gate opening when just one person has opened it. I would recommend that female tenants and perhaps female employees not enter that area alone or after dark. I felt it necessary to be prepared to defend myself if approached, though I was not approached. That said, I don't look like a particularly 'soft" target, but I was always aware that the element of surprise was not in my favor in the secure area. No where to run, no where to hide. A roving guard or robot would be an enhancement worth exploring, if for nothing else than liability sake.

The only item preventing me from giving five stars is that the complimentary disc lock malfunctioned and we then had to buy a key lock to secure the unit and assure access. Other than the lock issue, this place is great!

Donald M | Online Move InYou should be aware that there is a significant degree of non-storage activity within the secure compound. I noted this on a Sunday, mid-day. At least two individuals are operating businesses from storage units (I believe row 600)...one a car audio installation set up, and at least one other doing motorcycle repair. Beyond this, multiple individuals are driving unlicensed motorcycles they apparently store there, around the compound, sometimes at high speed. You really need facility wide security cameras in there as well. Too much opportunity for mischief given the lack of anyone watching. Other than that, the unit was clean and functional. No complaints there.
