Nice people, good customer service, clean facillity and easy access goes a long way. Several times I have rented trucks from u haul. If I had an issue it was resolved quickly and the truck return process is quick, easy. If you do not have mobile data or wifi or a Hotspot no worries u haul provides wifi.
