I spent 4 hrs trying to move in and still didn't get to because one customer tied up 2 units and only paying for one. The customer should have moved out and didn't so im stuck with a trailer loaded with my stuff and I lost a day because of it. I'm not happy 😕.

Clothing, books, electronics, and valuables were covered in water/mice droppings and debris. Paying $115 a month with insurance for unit I would have expected better quality service than this. Employee at facility took photos and made a report. Still waiting on U-Haul to contact me back for incident.
