Carter does an amazing job. Friendly, helpful and cleaning up the mistakes Perry made. I had all of my things out and asked if there was anything else I needed to do on my end to close it out. Perry reassured my that no there was nothing to worry about, that he'd take care of it. The next day I was Carter did an amazing job — friendly, helpful, and great at cleaning up the mistakes Perry made. The next day, however, I was charged a $25 “cleaning fee.” The unit was completely empty, and it would have taken only a few seconds to sweep it out — which I would have gladly done if I’d been told it was required. 25$ for a "cleaning fee". There was nothing left in there it takes 2 seconds to sweep out which I gladly would have done.

KERRIE N | Overall ExperienceThe roof leaked in to our storage unit. There was standing water when we opened it. They said the concrete sweats but even boxes high up off floor where wet. Most of our stuff was ruined so we hauled it to the dump. Anything that wasnt in a tote was soaked, molded and ruined. Our furniture was soaked molded and warped. The only friendly employee was Erik.

STEPHEN A | First ImpressionsOverall everything was great. The o ly thing i was disappointed in was that you do not pro rate early move out of a unit. Which means you double dip. If I paid for the whole month but did not need it for the whole month I get nothing back. That is just strange. So you can than turn around and rent it out again and get more money on top of what I paid. That I believe is again the law. I will be checking into such thing with the BBB.
