Had some trouble with the latch on the door which was rusted and trouble latching it
STEPHEN A | First ImpressionsOverall everything was great. The o ly thing i was disappointed in was that you do not pro rate early move out of a unit. Which means you double dip. If I paid for the whole month but did not need it for the whole month I get nothing back. That is just strange. So you can than turn around and rent it out again and get more money on top of what I paid. That I believe is again the law. I will be checking into such thing with the BBB.

Steven B | First ImpressionsThe staff member who assigned my storage unit was very friendly, helpful and kind. The actual unit was up a steep, wooden staircase that didn't have anti-slip treads. I fell down the staircase and injured myself. There is no elevator to the second story, so the stairs are the only way up or down. Unless you are storing a bunch of light items, the second story is nearly impossible to use. I would not recommend.

Lacy T | Overall ExperienceMy unit was indoors and filled with mice. I had my unit for 8 months and when I moved out all my boxes, Rubbermaid’s and stuff were filled with mice droppings. The unit itself was disgusting and filled with mouse poop so much everywhere.
