It was very convenient. However, phone calls aren't answered nor voicemails. When we went to get our stuff out, mice had gone through EVERYTHING! They chewed holes in our furniture, left nests in plastic bins, birdseed, mouse pee and dried macaroni everywhere. I did NOT have any food, candies, batteries etc.. in the storage unit. If I would of known, I would have set traps and checked in often. I only had items in there while home was being built 6/7 months.

REID A | Overall ExperienceI am very disappointed with my storage unit at Lakeland Storage. While moving, I stored a bedroom’s worth of items in a 10x10 unit for the month of June. When I arrived to empty my unit, there was an uncontrolled swarm of mosquitoes. In the unit, I found my items to have fallen over. Things were damaged and my new TV was scratched. Additionally, there were 2 dead mice with maggots. As I unpacked, I also discovered the maggots made their way into my bags of clothing. I contacted the owner 3 times over the span of 4 days expressing my concerns with no response. Unprofessional owner and poorly maintained property.
