DONALD H | First ImpressionsI moved out because of a theft experience from a year or so ago. Financially this was the soonest I could afford to do it. I was discouraged from turning it into insurance when it happened. The insurance was not beneficial either. Difficult to file a claim. It was a monumental loss that I have not been able to recover from. All of my Christmas belongings of my children, nephews & things collected over a 30 + year period gone from my life h our lives. Some of which is irreplaceable ever again. For the last 2 Christmases it's been nothing but a heartache. It will never be the same. There will always be this huge loss!!

Claudine B | Overall ExperienceI was going through my stuff to load it on the truck and found roaches, brought my stuff home and have found more roaches in my boxes due to there being roaches in the facility. No I have never had roaches, no they were not in my things before bringing them, no they were not my roaches, these roaches were in the facility and now there are roaches in my things in which I have to take extra steps of caution to avoid infecting my home with these bugs. And there was bird poop in the halls.
