The unit that I was assigned had a rusty latch so after sitting around for almost an hour to have it fixed, we were told that we’d have to empty out the current unit and move all of my furniture to a new one. Things like this should be checked and confirmed before having someone move in. Very inconvenient and I would like for the manager to contact me ASAP regarding this.
