Have been renting a covered parking spot for my boat for the past 19 months and since that time I have received 5 different letters of price increases…. A total of $50 more. Started at $145.95 and now charging $195.95.

I've shown up before not knowing the hours and it turns out to be closed. I could also use a little more lighting as the unit was a little dark to navigate and sort through things.
