The lighting within the unit needs to be better. I did find centipedes near my unit but had someone fumigate it for moths, rodents, cockaroaches etc.
SHELTON J | Overall ExperienceThere are a small hand full of reasons to why I left. 1. Dollar value based on other market units is subpar. 2. The parking situation is terrible (The company vehicles are usually parked in the loading bays leaving me to park and haul my stuff from around the corner.) 3. the second level flooring is TERRIBLE for pushing the carts. After the rent increase, it was an easy choice to move out and into the new building down the road for the same price... Plus I got a larger unit. It was a no brainer.
