Great price, I personnally had a hard time kneeling on the floor, so I made a pad it was fine. I appreciate the convenient location, the hours to access, and use of the bathroom. Also, I checked out the 8th of July, I spoke with Missy Moss the day before I would make a payment, and I was in a hurry to get to an emergency shelter for a housing program, so she said she would take care of it. I didn't receive a call from U-Haul about any problems, and I got an email saying my next payment was late. I expect you understand, I will not pay 15$ for a late fee. Thank you for time and your business.

SHELTON J | Overall ExperienceThere are a small hand full of reasons to why I left. 1. Dollar value based on other market units is subpar. 2. The parking situation is terrible (The company vehicles are usually parked in the loading bays leaving me to park and haul my stuff from around the corner.) 3. the second level flooring is TERRIBLE for pushing the carts. After the rent increase, it was an easy choice to move out and into the new building down the road for the same price... Plus I got a larger unit. It was a no brainer.
