Robert H | Overall ExperienceGreat, except had two issues. First, while I was in the building, the security alarm would often trip. Sometimes it would stop after a few seconds, but once it stayed on and I had to call maintenance. This happened throughout the three years I had the unit, most recently a few weeks ago. Second, after I moved out, autopay was left on and I was charged for another month. The staff was very helpful and reversed the charge, but I imagine this could have been avoided. On a higher note, the building was impeccably clean. Definitely one of the nicer storage places in Huntington.

Jeffrey A | First ImpressionsColby was very professional , reassuring, helpful and put my mind at ease during the stress of moving. Clean units, i rented two, I got my USAA insurance to cover my contents, payment was easy, codes worked, units were clean and the locks were as described. Very happy.
Mark T | First ImpressionsThe supervisor over the 8th avenue department for the Uhaul Storages was always very not understanding of how my husband just had passed away I had three different storage units I have moved multiple times etc etc. However if I were to give a suggestion I would suggest that he needs to learn intra and interpersonal communication skills and a little bit of empathy maybe some sympathy otherwise I like the security and the climate control of U-Haul that's the only convenience I really enjoyed thank you for your time.
