The facility smells like cat pee. You can’t keep door open when loading / unloading. You can’t get out to let moving truck in and have door padlocked which is I believe a fire violation. You should get that checked. Your check in / out process isn’t listed anywhere. There’s no option on app. This was a really poorly designed process. Very unimpressed. Would recommend others went with other storage unit.
