The facilities and people are fine but there seems to be some miscommunication. I was told that my lock and key would be on the floor of my unit but instead arrived to find a placeholder lock on my unit and the attendant nowhere to be found. The guys at the main office are great and really tried their best to get me in my unit but the attendant couldnt be reached and it was just a huge waste of time which made me late for work.

Total wait time for uhaul storage to set me up with a space, AFTER already reserving one online, was 2 hours out in the hot sun with my family and dogs waiting in the car to unload our uhaul truck. Not the best situation either.

Lara D | First ImpressionsI completed the paperwork on 6/17/2022. Went to the unit and could not access it. Next day brought my furniture to the unit still could not access. Called to try to see if someone could help and received no help. Called the after hours number and left a message and no reply. Had to make other arrangements for my furniture. I will say they did refund my money without a problem.
