In particular a female with a very short haircut smaller in stature who I think is possibly a manager? She kept telling me what I needed to do and how to empty my own storage and really it was no business of hers
Robert Y | Overall ExperienceStorage experience was ok, but our move-out was not. We live quite far from the unit, which was rented during a cross-country (2,300 miles) move. Seven years later, we made the trip back to close out, went through the checkout process to make sure we covered all fees and protocols. After our return, we were contacted with the demand that we must return to the unit and complete the checkout as the employee that checked us out apparently failed a step in our process and misquoted the fee (even though we specifically asked for it -- check the security footage). And even in the midst of offering a comprimise, the manager insisted that we HAD to return, no other option. I suspect customer/people engagement is rare in the storage industry, but this is unacceptable.
HOUSTON Y | Overall ExperienceThe lady who was owner was very rude! There is no adequate place to park my vehicle and trailer on the way out except in front of the gate, since there was no one really there at the facility to exit! She threatened to call the police to have me kicked off the property! I was there with another person who was going to rent from this facility! I felt that if this place had a people coming in and out I would have went to a different place to park for a few minutes! But I was met with true hostility from this kid !

joseph b | Overall ExperienceWhen I went to retrieve items, it seems that a rat had got in and left droppings in multiple boxes. On top of that, I opened another box to find that multiple roaches had gotten in and nested in my clothes. Found that to be the case in multiple boxes. Never again.
