ANTONIO J | First ImpressionsDue to the squatters and homeless, the facilities elevator is always down. I couldn't move out due to the elevator being broken which led to me pay an additional month because I couldn't get my things out as I was on the second floor. The stairways smell like urine all the time. The clothes and items left in the halls are usually stained with human feces and urine attributing to the foul odor. The facility was broken into and a lot of units were vandalized including mine. When I tried to submit a claim ( which is why I paid extra for insurance) I got the runaround and was never compensated for the damages and loss of my items (despite having photographs). The staff in the office is nice and friendly but the lady that i delt with for my insurance claim was very unhelpful and even harder to get in touch with. I would not recommend this location to anyone ever.
Quinhone J | Overall ExperienceI don't have any complaints. The GM was always understandings compassionate and pleasant to work with. My only critiques are the lighting inside the units should be brighter and the temp inside the buildings could be better adjusted to outside climates. Otherwise, the staff was always helpful and often lenient when tenants had extenuating circumstances.
