Sharon H | Overall ExperienceMy unit was full of mouse droppings, to a point where I had to throw many of my items away. This should be considered a health-code violation, and it is unacceptable for anyone to run a business like this. As you enter the building it smells like manure. We were careful not to bring any food into the unit, and yet still had a substantial amount of droppings all over our belongings. We will not be returning to UHAUL in the future.
Abigail B | Overall ExperienceOnline reservations for storage should include that if you choose not to pay when you reserve a unit especially after closing hrs you will have to pay in store. I had to extend my truck rental because although I reserved online and got confirmation for my storage I didn’t receive my access code or unit number until I made another reservation for the following day. When I spoke to someone on the phone they told me one thing and when I made the storage reservation thru the app I got my unit number and access code right away but the representative advised I had to sign paperwork in which I did not. I had to get charged extra for my truck because nowhere does it mention you have to use a credit card vs the payment method used to reserve the truck, has to be available.
